The value for money at the cottages was exceptional, and our room was beautifully modernized with attention to detail. The location was convenient for visiting relatives in the area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Food for breakfast could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

The location of the cottage was perfect for those seeking tranquility and easy access to walking routes. There were also several nearby options for food, either in Harewood or at Harewood House. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities.
It would have been better if they provided a lighter duvet, as it was quite warm. it would have been more convenient if guests could book directly with the hotel instead of through a third-party website.

The cottage was well equipped with high-quality appliances and had a good level of kitchen equipment. The decor and cleanliness were top-notch, making it a cozy and inviting stay. I especially loved the big rooms and the well-equipped kitchen. The surrounding grounds were beautiful, with plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. The welcome hamper provided was thoughtful and had all the essentials we needed, including bread, milk, eggs, jam. And let's not forget the log burner - it added a cozy touch to our Christmas stay.
One drawback was that most of the properties only had one bathroom/toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have a double sink/vanity unit and a separate bath and shower in some cases.

The location of the cottages is perfect, with beautiful views and excellent walking nearby. The cottages themselves are well decorated, with thoughtful touches like prints on the wall and a welcome hamper. The staff are friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome.
There were some groups staying in other cottages, which made the stay less quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Estate Cottages! the cleanliness and attention to detail were superb. the cottage itself was modernized to a very high standard, with organic toiletries and a locally sourced welcome hamper. the fixtures and fittings were top-notch, and the pretty garden provided a peaceful atmosphere. the location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by wildlife and with the opportunity to walk around the Harewood estate right from our front door. We even saw deer outside the cottage every night. Plus, being dog-friendly made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a relaxing and memorable experience. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

Lovely cosy cottage with good facilities and immaculately clean. the grounds offer a pub bench and lots of room for entertaining outside. the location was very handy for us as we were visiting relatives in Harrogate and Leeds.
Not a problem for us but some might struggle with the different levels. the doorknob on one of the bedrooms was loose, the doorknob on the door leading to the dressing room was tight and difficult to open.

The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. There were lots of lovely walks nearby, perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings. the kitchen was fully stocked and we were welcomed with a generous hamper of local goodies.
The information provided about accessing Harewood House was incorrect, as it was closed during our stay. This would have been a key attraction for us, so it was a letdown.

I also loved the lovely hamper we received upon arrival, filled with fresh bread, butter, jams, and teas. It was such a sweet and tasty gesture. I cannot recommend Estate Cottages enough and I am already planning my next visit.
